Day 1 – Fez – The Dunes of Merzouga

We start our tour at 8 am from your Riad/Hotel in Fes and Departure by road to the beautiful dunes of Merzouga, passing through Ifran known as "Moroccan Switzerland". We will stop to visit the Cedros forest in Azrou and see the little monkeys climbing the cedars. Then we will continue the route and we will cross the gentle mountains of the Middle Atlas, passing through Midelt and the Ziz river and we will stop to take photos at some impressive panoramic views over the gorges of this river. Continuation to the city of Erfoud famous for the fossils that are extracted from the rocks. Arrival at the dunes of "Erg Chebbi" in Merzouga, where we can feel the peace and tranquility of the desert and where we can contemplate the spectacle of the sunset and the fascinating starry sky. Dinner and accommodation in a lodge located at the foot of the dunes.

Day 2 – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi

Have breakfast and departure in a 4×4 to make a great tour and discover the true desert of dunes, some villages and the 2 oases of Merzouga. We will stop at the black village of Khamlia to enjoy their music and have tea. Then we will follow the route and we will live the great adventure of a true nomad. We will pass through the MIFISS mines, the villages, to meet the Berber nomads of the desert, the Tissardmin oasis and return to the Lodge at 3 in the afternoon. We will leave the 4×4 and ride the dromedaries that will take us to the heart of the desert where we will contemplate an unforgettable sunset over the dunes and spend the night in a wild oasis located 1 hour and a half away, camping under a sky full of stars. .

Day 3 – Erg Chebbi – Ouarzazate

We will wake up and, if the clouds allow us, we will have the opportunity to contemplate the beautiful spectacle of sunrise over the sea of dunes. Then we will ride the dromedaries and return to the lodge where we can take a shower and have breakfast, then we will leave for Rissani, the first imperial city of Morocco, to visit its legendary market, the largest in all of southern Morocco. Continuation towards Tazzarine passing through Alnif, in the middle of the Mader basin. We will continue the route to the famous Todra Gorges, the Dades Valley, the Valley of the Roses and the Skoura oases. Arrival in Ouarzazate. Dinner and accommodation in hotel.

Day 4 – Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech

Breakfast and departure to Marrakech stopping at the ancient Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Visit to the Kasbah where films such as Obelix, Babel, Sahara, The Kingdom of Heaven, Cleopatra or Gladiator have been filmed. Then we will continue the route to Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas mountains through the Tizin Tichka pass (the highest pass in the Atlas, with 2,260 m altitude) with its spectacular views. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon and end of the route.

Day 5 – Marrakech – Casablanca

After breakfast in the riad, you can start exploring Marrakech “the Red City of Morocco”. Your guide will ensure that you see most of the sites with historical and cultural interest – including the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian tombs; the Palace of Bahia than in the afternoon visit the Majorelle Gardens, and have a short visit to the new city of Marrakech and the Koutoubia tower.  In the evening we will drive to Casablanca where we will spend the night in the Hotel.

Day 6 – Casablanca – Rabat – Asilah

Breakfast and visit the Hassan II Mosque before departing to Rabat the capital of Morocco. We will visit the Mohammed V mausoleum, the Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah Oudaya, etc. In the afternoon we will continue to the city of Asilah to visit its beautiful white Medina where we stay overnight in Hotel/Riad.

Day 7 – Asilah – Tanger
